Really enjoy being part of the Hilton honors rewards. Booked last minute trip to Colorado and upon checking in today, staff member, Karla was above and beyond with customer service. Very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to check in a bit early and informed us about the local things to visit and see. Location itself looks fresh and very open with space. Good location to Highway access and nearby restaurants. Has great views as well!

We love this hotel, but this visit was less pleasing than the past. I attempted to check in online, and it said everything was fine, but our keyless key never came, so we had to check in all over again when we arrived. The host at the desk was less than welcoming, especially in comparison to previous visits. Our room and the hotel were great and very clean. It's in a wonderful area. My husband was really looking forward to the breakfast, but that too disappointed him. What previously was numerous hot breakfast options was scaled down to the basics - eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, toast, etc. where previously, they also had bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes/waffles...it is an unfortunate change.

I have to say this place was disappointing. The only reason I'm giving it any stars at all is because the staff was pretty friendly and welcoming. Also, the air freshener they use in the lobby is amazing! As far as the room itself.. I have had better..way better!! The room was basic and to "dorm" feeling to me. First off , there wasn't a coffee pot or a microwave in my room! I travel 100% of the time for work so these things are important for me! The beds are of a cheap quality and I must've hit my leg on the end about 30 times in my 4 days there. I guess because Hilton is on the building I had better expectations for the place. The hotels amenities were decent but I've had way better rooms for way less money. Id much rather stay at a La quinta or Quality Inn!

So, this hotel was not the best, but not in the way I would normally think. Housekeeping was great, things were clean, and the bathroom was nice. I was not crazy about that pillows in the room, but I am super picky about them. I was there for about 2 weeks and got frustrated with the room. It is trying to have a modern feel, but had a full lack of clothing storage. There was not a drawer to be found. There was a bench under the TV that I used the bottom shelf for my dirty laundry. They helpfully pointed out the hooks for clothing, but there were only 5 tiny pegs on the one wall. So, weird. The breakfasts were good and the staff were super friendly.

Cute hotel! Quiet location. Breakfast was good, pool was nice and my family loved that there was a pool table and board games available in the front lobby. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Denver.
